Lenders usually charge a markup on regular mortgaging prices when you get forward mortgages. You can find out more about forward mortgages here.

The following banks offer forward mortgages with relatively long forward terms (terms and conditions are subject to change):

Credit Suisse, Basler Kantonalbank, Zürcher Kantonalbank: up to 24 months in advance.
Hypomat (GLKB): up to 18 months in advance.
Homegate, Valiant, Swiss Life, Clientis Zürich, AXA, UBS: up to 12 months in advance.
