Hi you all,
I recently had an motorcycle accident and luckily I was not injured because my helmet did a good job of taking the hit.
My question is, do I have to get a new helmet now? It's a really expensive model and was brand new before my accident, but I heard somewhere that for insurance and stuff I need to change my helmet after each accident.
Any input?
Replacing your helmet after an accident is recommended and in some cases required. Failing to take proper measures to protect yourself can result in a reduction of your liability claims after an accident for which another driver is at fault.
