Hello, I would like to buy an existing AG in Switzerland and open a bank account. Neither my partner nor myself are resident in Switzerland. What are our options?
Normally Swiss banks only open accounts for businesses registered in Switzerland.
But from what I understand, you are buying a Swiss company. Couldn't you just take over the company's existing Swiss bank account?
