Swiss credit bureaus are required to register their databases with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). However, the FDPIC does not monitor the veracity of individual credit records. It simply acts on a supervisory level to ensure that data protection laws are being upheld.

If you have a complaint regarding incorrect information on your credit record, you must contact the relevant credit bureau directly and request to have the incorrect entries removed. You will need to provide copies of receipts proving that entries are incorrect.
