No mortgages are granted to US-Persons, persons with tax domicile outside of Switzerland and communities of heirs. Homegate does not finance real estate in agricultural zones and in building rights and does not grant mortgages if they are in the name of more than 2 persons.
The maximum loan-to-value for residential property is between 65 to 80 percent, and the maximum loan-to-value for vacation property is between 65 to 75 percent (depending on the property and income).
