Coverage begins only after a health assessment has been completed.
The hospital insurances of sanvita are available for nonsmokers only.

Notice period:

3-month notice period: Notice of termination must be received by innova no later than September 30.

Premiums and discounts:

The premiums are gender-neutral and based on age.

Family discount of 20%.

Glasses and contact lenses:

Cost contribution to eyeglass lenses, contact lenses and vision aids: 75%, CHF 200 per calendar year up to the age of 18. CHF 200 within 3 calendar years from the age of 19.

Vaccinations:

Cost contribution to Check-ups and preventive examinations: 75% up to CHF 500 per calendar year together with vaccinations.

Preventative examinations:

Cost contribution to Check-ups and preventive examinations: 75% up to CHF 500 per calendar year together with vaccinations.

Gym memberships:

Contribution to fitness subscriptions: 75%, maximum CHF 250 per calendar year. Duration of the subscription at least 6 months with medically certified added value.

Medicines:

75% of the costs (maximum CHF 2000 per calendar year) of medicines not covered by health insurance companies.

Alternative medicine:

Outpatient treatments and therapies: 75% up to CHF 3000 per calendar year.

Psychotherapy:

No coverage.

Search & rescue in Switzerland:

Emergency transportation, search and rescue: coverage of 100%.

Search & rescue abroad:

Emergency transportation, search and rescue: coverage of 100%.

Medical costs abroad:

Outpatient emergency treatment by a qualified doctor: 90%.

Tooth misalignment treatments:

Contribution to orthodontic treatment costs up to the age of 20: 75%.

Dental treatments:

Contribution to dental treatment costs up to the age of 20: 75%.

Spa & convalescent therapy :

No benefits included in this product.

Equipment:

75%, up to CHF 300 within three calendar years for medically prescribed aids.

Sterilization:

Contribution to the cost of ligation: Women: up to CHF 1000 (one-time). Men: up to CHF 500 (one-time).

Maternity:

Covered by supplementary hospital insurance. Certain benefits related to pregnancy and maternity are also covered in addition to basic insurance in the outpatient coverage.

Ear corrections:

75% up to CHF 1500, one-time fee for correcting protruding ears.

Home care:

Medically prescribed care and assistance at home: Coverage of 50% for a maximum of CHF 2000 per calendar year.

Additional services:
