Magic Triangle

In financial jargon, a magic triangle refers to the three cornerstones of a financial investment: profitability, security and liquidity.

Good financial investments offer varying degrees of profitability, security (meaning freedom from major risks) and liquidity (meaning accessibility of assets).

For an investor, the ideal investment offers all three: high profits, low risk and constant accessibility.

Unfortunately, virtually no investment vehicle offers all three at the same time.
