General information:

Available as pillar 3a or as pillar 3b account. Pure term insurance with constant or decreasing insurance sum in case of death (optionally with waiver of premium in the event of disability).

Age:

Minimum entry age: 18 years (3a) or 25 years (3b). Maximum payout age 3a: Statutory retirement age. Maximum payout age 3b: 80 years (women and men).

Validity:

Worldwide coverage.

Exclusions:

Death: Suicide during the first 3 years of insurance. The standard regulations of the Swiss life insurance companies apply during military service and war.

Premiums and discounts:

The premium agreed at the time of conclusion is guaranteed for the entire term of the contract. Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual premium payment possible.

Profit participation:

Yes, a premium reduction possible from the first year of insurance.

Death benefit amount:

Constant capital: minimum sum of CHF 50,000.
Decreasing capital: minimum sum of CHF 100'000.
No fixed maximum sum insured.

Term:

Minimum term: 2 years (constant) or 3 years (decreasing).

Waiver of premium:

There is a chargeable option for a premium waiver after disability.

Beneficiaries:

Beneficiaries are spouses, descendants, parents, siblings and other heirs - in free pension plan 3b also third parties.
