General information:

Swiss private account for use by smartphone. The Swiss Hypothekarbank Lenzburg acts as your banking partner.

Account management: Monthly plan (CHF 15 per month) or annual plan (CHF 150 per year) possible. Minimum term 12 months. After the minimum term has expired, termination is possible on a monthly basis.

Neon metal (metal package) includes a high-quality metal card, free cash withdrawals worldwide, cell phone insurance, three additional years of warranty on electronic devices, a best price guarantee and ticket insurance.

The neon additions neon green and neon duo can be combined with any plan (CHF 3 per month in each case).

With the neon card, you can withdraw a maximum of CHF 2000 cash per day, spend CHF 5000 online and CHF 5000 in stores. Paper account statement not possible. The tax statement is provided as a PDF file.

The account is opened via smartphone either by photo ID or video call.

There are no surcharges for card payments (online or in shops) and cash withdrawals abroad. The Mastercard interbank exchange rate is used everywhere.

International transfers (SEPA and non-SEPA payments abroad) are processed by neon via Wise.

Cashback on foreign transfer fee (Wise): 40%.
