Swiss consumers can choose between a huge selection of mobile plans. But customer satisfaction varies between carriers, as the representative survey by moneyland.ch shows. The survey, which was conducted in the sprint of 2025, included 1500 participants from both French-speaking and German-speaking regions.
The results show that Swiss consumers are generally satisfied with their mobile plans, with the average customer satisfaction rating across all carriers being 7.8 percent. That translates into a “good” rating.
These carriers have the most satisfied customers

While the average ratings for mobile roaming and special promotions were the lowest among all the criteria included in the survey, not all carriers received poor ratings for these criteria. Yallo received the highest customer satisfaction ratings for the mobile roaming criterion, with 7.7 points. Gomo and M-Budget Mobile come in at the tail end, both with 6.6 out of 10 points for mobile roaming. Wingo takes first place with regards to special promotions (8.2 points), while M-Budget Mobile’s customers took a more critical stance in this regard (6.6 points).
Satisfaction among Swisscom, Sunrise, and Salt customers
Swisscom, Sunrise, and Salt may be the biggest Swiss telecom companies, but in terms of customer satisfaction, the flagship carriers from these companies lag behind many other carriers. The overall satisfaction rating given to Swisscom by its customers is 7.9 points, while Salt has a 7.7-point rating. Sunrise holds the rear guard with 7.4 points. All three of these carriers have sufficient points for a “good” rating.
Swisscom’s customers seem to be the most satisfied with network quality (8.3 points) and mobile Internet (8.1 points), and the least satisfied with special promotions (6.8 points).
Salt’s customers are most satisfied with their mobile Internet (8.0 points), and least satisfied with their notice periods (6.8 points).
Sunrise’s customers too are most satisfied with mobile Internet (7.6 points). They are least satisfied with notice periods and special promotions (both 6.9 points).
