The insurer can terminate the contract at the latest 3 months before the end of the contract or calendar year.
Amount of premiums varies depending on the age, place of residence and gender of the insured person. 3% discount when taking out a 3-year contract. At least 5 per cent family discount. In case of co-payments (CHF 1,000 to CHF 7,000) discounts between 15 and 35 percent.
The insured receive CHF 200 per day for up to 21 days per calendar year for spa or convalescent therapies.
