Roaming Bundle

The term roaming bundle is used to denote roaming options which entitle users to access mobile roaming services up to a predefined limit.

Allowances for call roaming minutes, SMS roaming messages and data roaming volumes may all be included in roaming bundles. In many cases, using roaming bundles works out cheaper than roaming at standard rates.

Roaming packages from Swiss telecom service providers

Swiss mobile service providers like Swisscom generally offer roaming bundles. Since the change in legal regulations in 2021, many roaming bundles now have a one-year validity period. Many roaming bundles are only valid for one month. Typically, roaming bundles are only valid for roaming in specific countries, with allowances for European countries being the most common for Swiss roaming bundles.
