Amount of premiums varies depending on the age, place of residence and gender of the insured person. With a deductible of 25 (private). Discount with cost sharing (franchises) and for early payment. 
The last age class change is at age 91.

For medical reasons and prescribed by a doctor in a recognized spa: convalescence or spa treatment up to CHF 90 per day (maximum 21 days per calendar year). 
CHF 130 per day for a maximum of 28 days per calendar year for cures at the Dead Sea in Israel or Jordan for the treatment of psoriasis or vitiligo.
A maximum of 1 cure in the mentioned scope is paid per calendar year.
