The insurer can terminate the contract at the latest 3 months before the end of the contract or calendar year.
Amount of premiums varies depending on the age, place of residence, gender of the insured person, cost coverage of alternative medicine and cost coverage of health promotion.
Alternative medicine: 80% of the costs, maximum CHF 2500 or CHF 5000 per year.
Health promotion: 50% of the costs, maximum CHF 400 or CHF 600 per year.
The higher cover is used to calculate the premium.
Cost contribution to eyeglass lenses, contact lenses and vision aids or eye lasering: 100%, up to CHF 300 within 3 years.
80 percent cost contribution, up to a maximum of CHF 1000 per year including preventive measures.
Cost contribution of 80 percent for check-ups, gynecological preventive examinations and early detection of cancer up to CHF 1000 per year including vaccinations.
You can choose between two types of insurance cover:
Option 1: Cost contribution of 50 percent to fitness subscriptions and exercise classes, up to a maximum of CHF 200. Cost contribution of 50 percent to other health promotion (nutrition, mental balance, etc.), up to a maximum of CHF 200.
