Choice of legal representation: the insurance company has the right to reject a lawyer proposed by the insured person. The insured person may then propose three lawyers from different law firms in the relevant jurisdiction, from which the insurance company can select the lawyer to be appointed.

Both parties can terminate the contract: at the latest 1 month before the main due date. After every insured event for which a claim is payable.

Minimum contract duration: 1 year. The contract will automatically renew for another year unless termination notice is given 1 month before the main due date.

No waiting period. The insurance coverage will be granted after the commencement of the insurance.

No minimum amount in dispute.

No reduction in benefits in the event of gross negligence (except in the case of driving while unfit to drive and speeding over 30 km/h net).
